Dear Potential New Member, My name is Casey, and I am the Vice President of Recruitment for the Florida Delta Chapter of Pi Beta Phi. On behalf of Pi Phi, we are so excited to meet you! Registering for recruitment was the best decision I made and completely changed the trajectory of my college experience here at the University of Florida. Although not without a few bumps in the road (my round 1 video did not upload properly and my alarm on the first day of round 2 did not go off), recruitment was an amazing experience, one that I promise you will never regret being a part of. My advice to you during this next chapter of your life is to embrace it. Walk into every house ready to meet all the amazing Panhellenic women who are eager to meet you. As simple as it sounds, be yourself! Here at Pi Phi, we have a friendship-based recruitment. We want to get to know the real you— your likes, dislikes, passions, and values. When I went through the recruitment process and walked into each of my Pi Phi conversations, I felt like I was talking to a true friend, not some random girl who picked me up at the door two minutes ago.
