On April 28th, 1867 at Monmouth College in Monmouth, Illinois, twelve women came together to found Pi Beta Phi. Pi Beta Phi was the first national secret college society of women to be modeled after the men's Greek-letter fraternity system. Each year, thousands of women become members of Pi Beta Phi, joining one of our more than 130 chapters across North America. We are all united by our core values of Integrity, Lifelong Commitment, Honor and Respect, Personal and Intellectual Growth, Philanthropic Service to Others, and Sincere Friendship. The Florida Delta Chapter of the Pi Beta Phi Fraternity was established on February 9th, 1985. As members of Pi Phi, our sisters pride themselves on exemplifying our core values in every aspect of their lives. From building meaningful friendships, demonstrating excellence in the classroom and extracurricular activities, and serving our local community, the Florida Delta chapter has been a dedicated steward of Pi Beta Phi’s mission to develop friends and leaders for life. Since our chartering, the Florida Delta chapter has steadily grown in both number and depth of sisterhood. Florida Delta has gained a new asset in our network of sisters with every new member.
