The Florida Delta Chapter of Pi Beta Phi is proud to have pioneered DiversiPhi within the PanHellenic community. Diversiphi focuses on six pillars: racial and ethnic diversity, LGBTQIA+, women's empowerment, lingual diversity, accessibility, and spirituality. Through the determination of our chapter women and the support of the PanHellenic community, DiversiPhi has grown to become a resource for every PanHellenic chapter on campus and encourages every chapter to create a diversity, equity, and inclusion-focused position within the chapter leadership. We are so proud of the progress made thus far, but we recognize that our progress is yet finished.
